The overall design of the Breezy Clipper©® was inspired by the McDonnel Douglas DC-X or Delta Clipper. The aim is to develop a totally reuseable space launcher vehicle with no expandable parts. The weight goal is 60 to 75 metric tons.
There are 5 sections to the Breezy Clipper©®, an engine section, a pumping section which also serves as a buffer zone between the hot gazes in the rocket assemblies and the fuel tanks section, a cargo bay section, and a conical front section housing the re-entry shield.
Flanges are used for aerodynamic purposes, around the tank and engine sections, whereas the cargo bay is tapered to the front from 10 to 7 meters.
