Coatings

The entire airframe is coated with a layer of silica areogel. Battery casings and carbon-fiber electrical conduits are filled with foam areogel to prevent electrical fires from spreading. Aerogel panels are used where the available space allows it, for both sound and thermal proofing.

Silica foam aerogel will be pumped in most empty spaces, of the entire structure, of the Breezy Clipper©®

A cooling system for the aeroshell, consisting of a closed-loop nitrogen cryocoler, will be used when the Breezy Clipper©® is in HyperGlide©® mode.
